What is the turnaround time for orders?
Our typical production time is 2-5 business days, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee depending on stock.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! We welcome both single-piece orders and bulk orders.
Can I request bulk orders for events or businesses?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days depending on method chosen. Please note the shipping time is after production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at the moment
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Since personalised products are made specifically for you, we do not offer returns unless there is a defect or printing error.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing issue?
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Customisation Help
Can you print a design not on the website?
We can either do logos that you own, or we can create a design you are looking for. Please note we cannot do any copywritten characters as this is against the Law. This includes Disney
Will the colors of my design look the same on the printed product?
We do our best to match colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen-to-fabric color differences.
Can you help me with creating a design?
Yes! Our design team is happy to assist with minor edits or offer guidance on your ideas.
Other Questions
How do I care for my personalised clothing?
To keep your item looking great, follow the wash instructions on the label. For embroidered items we recommend pressing/ironing your item as soon as touch dry. This will keep it looking great!
